Client Portal Instructions

A to Z Tax Service LLC uploads current tax returns for each client on our website's Client Portal so that you will always have a copy available whenever you need it.  You will receive an email from us that a new item is in your Client Portal.

Please follow these one-time steps to activate your Client Portal:

1 - Open your email from us and click on "Activate My Account And Download Tax Return".

2 - Type in your email address and password.

3 - Click on "Download" and then click "Open"

4 - Enter document password.  If you have not received your password in a previous email from us, please call our office at (623) 428-6087 for your document password.

5 - Click "Okay".

Now your tax return is displayed for you to view and/or print. When a bank or other institution asks for a copy of your latest tax return, you will be able to log-in to your client portal, print it out and give them a copy quickly and easily. No more searching through your files at home trying to find it, which can be time-consuming. Now you'll have a copy of your tax returns at your fingertips anytime you need them.

By activating your Client Portal, you will be able to go to our website at and use the portal at any time. Once you are in our website, click on the "Client Login" tab and put in your Username (which is your email address) and your password that you created at the time of activation.
